These terms apply when you use 2daywebpros.com, request or receive a redesign preview, claim a redesign, or use our hosting. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
2daywebpros redesigns small-business websites. We either build a redesign of your homepage and send you a preview, or you request one by submitting your website on 2daywebpros.com. Seeing a website check or a redesign preview is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Submitting a website
Only submit a website that belongs to you or your business, or that you're authorized to act for. You agree not to misuse the form, for example by submitting large numbers of requests, automating submissions, or trying to make our systems access anything other than public websites. We may decline or remove any request.
Redesign previews
Previews are built from the public content of your current website, such as your business name, services, text, images and contact details. Previews are private links meant for the business they were made for, and they aren't indexed by search engines. Unclaimed previews are removed about 30 days after we send them.
Claiming your redesign
To claim a redesign, you pay the one-time price shown at checkout (currently $1,500) through Stripe. After you pay, we'll contact you to confirm your details and any adjustments, and to get what we need to connect your domain.
We aim to have your site live on your domain within 48 hours of payment. That timeframe depends on you providing domain access or DNS changes when we ask. If we're unable to launch your site, we'll refund your payment in full.
Hosting and care
Hosting and care is $35 per month, billed monthly starting when your site goes live. It includes hosting, SSL, backups, updates, security monitoring and uptime monitoring for your site. There's no contract: you can cancel any time, and hosting continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We may change the monthly price with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Your content
You're responsible for the content of your business, including text, images, logos and claims about your products or services, and for having the right to use it. Tell us if anything in your preview is inaccurate or shouldn't be used, and we'll fix it.
Who owns what
Once you've paid for your redesign in full, the website we built for you is yours to use for your business. Your own content always stays yours. Until a redesign is paid for, the design and code remain ours, and you may not copy or reuse them. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service, or a site we host, for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, including spam, malware or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend hosting for a site that breaks these rules after letting you know, or immediately if there's a serious risk.
Disclaimers
Website checks are automated and based only on your public homepage; they're helpful guidance, not a complete security or SEO audit. We work hard to keep sites fast and online, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, specific search rankings, traffic or sales. Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is.”
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and significant changes will be emailed to customers. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions: hello@2daywebpros.com.
